Campus Ambassador Trading Programme — Represent AlgoTM at Your University

The AlgoTM campus ambassador trading programme puts you at the centre of algorithmic trading education on your campus — running workshops, building a student trading community, earning commission on referrals and gaining tangible CV experience with a recognised fintech brand.

Is this you?

  • You are a university student who wants practical work experience in fintech, marketing or community building without committing to a full-time internship alongside your studies.
  • You enjoy bringing people together, running events and introducing your peers to tools and technologies they would not otherwise discover on their own.
  • You want to earn while you learn — building a professional network and a track record of measurable results before you even graduate.

Why campus ambassador trading with AlgoTM?

  • A genuine fintech brand on your CV. Most student ambassador roles involve promoting consumer goods. Campus ambassador trading with AlgoTM gives you experience in financial technology, algorithmic trading and community management — fields that signal commercial awareness and technical curiosity to graduate employers in finance, technology and consulting.
  • Real earnings, not just freebies. Our campus ambassador trading programme pays commission on every referral that converts. Ambassadors who run consistent workshops and build engaged campus communities can earn meaningful income alongside their studies. We provide tracking dashboards, transparent reporting and monthly payouts.
  • Training that transfers beyond the programme. The skills you develop — public speaking, workshop facilitation and community growth — are directly applicable to graduate roles in marketing, business development and fintech operations.

What you get as a campus ambassador trading partner

  • Starter kit and branded materials. Digital kit containing AlgoTM-branded presentation templates, workshop slide decks, social-media graphics and email templates. Everything you need to run your first workshop within two weeks of onboarding.
  • Training and onboarding. A structured programme covering the AlgoTM product suite, the student pathway, workshop delivery and your referral tracking dashboard. Onboarding takes approximately four hours and can be completed remotely.
  • Dedicated programme coordinator. Each ambassador is paired with a coordinator who provides ongoing support, reviews monthly activity reports and helps troubleshoot any issues with events, referrals or content.
  • Monthly ambassador community calls. Join a monthly video call with ambassadors from other universities to share what is working, swap workshop ideas and hear about upcoming product launches.
  • End-of-year recognition. Top-performing ambassadors are recognised at an annual awards event. Winners receive additional commission bonuses, LinkedIn recommendations and priority consideration for careers opportunities.
  • Access to student competitions. Early access to our trading competitions registration and the opportunity to serve as the on-campus coordinator for inter-university events.

How the campus ambassador trading programme works

  1. Application and selection (1–2 weeks). Submit your application via the student pathway page. We review applications on a rolling basis looking for enthusiasm, communication skills and campus reach — not trading experience. Successful applicants receive an offer within ten working days.
  2. Onboarding and training (1 week). Complete the remote onboarding programme, receive your starter kit and schedule your first call with your programme coordinator.
  3. First workshop (week 3). Run your introductory campus ambassador trading workshop using our scripted materials — typically a sixty-minute session covering algorithmic trading basics and a live demo on a demo account.
  4. Community building (ongoing). Between workshops you grow your campus community through social media, society partnerships, lecture shout-outs and word of mouth. Your coordinator helps you identify collaboration opportunities with finance, economics and computer science societies.
  5. Monthly reporting (monthly). Submit a brief activity report covering workshop attendance, referral conversions and community growth. Your coordinator suggests adjustments based on what is working across the wider ambassador network.

What we expect from campus ambassador trading partners

We expect ambassadors to represent AlgoTM honestly and professionally at all times. Do not promise students that automated trading will make them money or that our tools guarantee challenge passes or funded accounts. Your role is to introduce the technology, demonstrate how it works and direct interested students to our educational resources. We also expect a minimum of two workshops or events per term and consistent engagement with your campus community. The Financial Conduct Authority provides consumer guidance on high-risk investment products that every ambassador should read before their first workshop.

Commercials

The campus ambassador trading programme is free to join — no fee to apply and all training and materials provided at no cost. Ambassadors earn commission on qualifying referrals, typically £10 to £50 per conversion depending on product category. An ambassador running two workshops per term and maintaining an active campus presence can expect to earn between £200 and £800 per term, though earnings are not capped. Commission is paid monthly once your account reaches a minimum threshold of £50. You also receive a complimentary AlgoTM product licence and access to our trading competitions. The Bank for International Settlements publishes foreign exchange statistics useful for workshop discussions, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission provides educational resources on leveraged trading risks.
